Float and Board Level Indicator

The Floin level gauge, specifically the Float & Board level indicator, operates on the principle of buoyancy and is designed according to a balanced counterweight system. A float inside the storage tank is connected to a counterweight (scale pointer) via a rope wire that moves freely on a pulley assembly. When the storage tank is empty, the float positions itself at the bottom, and the scale pointer aligns at zero on the external scale. As the liquid level rises in the tank, the float ascends, causing the scale pointer to move downward on the graduated scale, effectively indicating the liquid level inside the storage tank. For enhanced stability during liquid turbulence, the Floin level gauge incorporates a float guide rope wire assembly with an anchor. This level gauge type is essential for precise industrial fluid level measurement, ensuring accurate monitoring of liquid levels in various applications.
